We scheduled appointments with this company twice, and both times they failed to show up.

The first appointment, they called to say they were running late but still missed the entire two-hour service window and never arrived. The second appointment, they didn’t show up at all and made no attempt to call or follow up.

After two missed appointments with no accountability, this appears to be their standard way of doing business. This level of unreliability is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable service.
