In a word a HORRIBLE experience! I wish I would have checked the reviews before I used them. I only used them because they were recommended by the insurance company. It took them an extremely long time to finish the entire job. Once they started it took a long time for the next step. I even called my insurance adjuster to say I thought they bit off more than they could chew and wanted someone else. The adjuster said I could switch but it would take a long time because we would have to start the process over. I asked the adjuster his opinion of getting someone else and he assured me that from that point on things would go smoother plus they guaranteed their work. I should have stuck with my first instinct to get someone else and they would have probably finished a lot sooner than Hydro Clean. The last sub contractor did the ceiling and didn't cover the furniture. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!! I just hope the work holds up.
