We are in the process of having our house painted and the painters were removing rotted wood and replacing them with new wood. During the process they found several places where there were bugs in the wood. We called Terminex and they immediately sent one of their technicians out to assess the situation. He inspected the whole house and the called one of the Terminex exterminators and that person came to our house within the hour and he sprayed the entire house and the focused on all of the areas that the painters had found. We were extremely pleased with the way Terminex attacked the issue and resolved it in a very timely fashion.
