I’m really not pleased. The tech who came out broke a shelving system inside our home, did not inform us and lied when we asked what fell. When we heard things crash inside home at time of appointment we shortly after asked if everything was ok and what happened, we were informed the iron and some stuff fell and all was ok. It was not until days later when we went in area where he was did we realize the actual cabinet holding stuff and iron was actually broken. We would of been ok had he told us at time when we asked, but by lying and not informing us has now as a result left a bad taste with a company ethics in who we just entrusted to do business with.
