We were hoping to love this service but it just hasn't worked out. On our last visit (7/25/17) I explained to the technician multiple times that I did NOT want our home sprayed for ants. This is also supposed to be noted on our account that we only need our carport serviced for carpenter bees. I wasn't home at the time but received notification from our security camera that there was activity in the front of our house. Lo and behold the technician was out front spraying anyway. I called him to understand why he was doing it and his response was "I go above and beyond for my customers". Needless to say we'll be discontinuing our service very soon. Thank you.
