We have had our service for 9 years. Our current Tech is "Wade" not "Michael". Wade is a nice person.

Our concern is Wade says he does not know where the mouse bait stations are in the house. Other techs know from their work device where to locate the bait stations. Wade did not even know that we had outside bait stations. With regards to the outside stations Wade only placed 4 blocks in each where other techs filled the box. As a homeowner I believe that 4 per box is wrong and not consistent with previous technician activities.
