I have been a customer of Terminix for 25 years with great service. I have two accounts for two residences. I’m really struggling with getting something done at one of them and my calls and texts to sales person are now being ignored. I have spent $7,000 this year on repair to crawl space done by a possum,and need a breakdown on part of the cost to get a refund from my HOA. I have been trying to get this info sent to me for months now. I’m disappointed about this but otherwise am very satisfied.
