I am a new McCall's customer since this Spring. Our lawn was in deplorable condition when we signed up. McCall's has treated for weeds and fed the lawn. Now, it is beginning to improve. I think it is probably too soon for me to properly rate the results of the service so I kept my rating in the middle for now.

I can say that McCall's was honest with me by telling me that it would take some time for my previously neglected lawn to flourish. All of the McCall's employees that I have talked to have been courteous, respectful, and helpful which I appreciate. I particularly like the email reports I receive from McCall's after each visit.
