Yes, very happy overall with the service.
Not pleased with the fact that I called TIM BELL the other day about a concern, left a call back request, have received none. The concern is that we paid the bill totally yet the bank charged a fee. That seems uncalled for as there was no financing set up for the service. When inquiring with the bank the answer my wife was given was, "that,s the way it is!" We were approved to charge the cost of the work but chose not to go that way. Therefore there should have never been a service charge. David L. Jones.
