I am happy with the services received as your techs always work with my supers to ensure that the services needed are done. However, I would like your techs to know that during normal routine weekly extermination services, my supers are given a list of apartments that need services, and sometimes, if the location is different from the building they are serving, your techs will tell them that they are instructed to service only that building, and not to do another building within the same vicinity. So, improvement is needed in these areas for cost effectiveness and efficiency.
