Tech came to our house while we were gone and did not know they were going to be here, normally this is not a problem. The Tech put 2 new traps in the lawn and also did not install one and it is just lying there in our mulch area. Not sure why they had to be buried in the lawn and not in the mulch or rock area closer to the house.
