Initial appt was missed, office never called back as promised when notified about no-show on day of appt. I had to make follow up call a few days later. Makes me question if paying customers are important to CPC. Sean the technician who did the treatment on 6/15 was excellent and I was very satisfied with his professionalism. Office people and ownership leaves much to be desired if this is the way they conduct business.
