Problem that my house in Southern Shores NC experienced was an over run of rats. Terminex’s response was fast on showing up, good response time in determining the extent of the infestation and telling me what would be needed. I dealt with a man named Walter who was friendly, quite concerned about the problem and has continued to deal with the solution. Still a work in progress due to having to wait on getting the HVAC ductwork in place before he can close up the underpinning of the house. Karl Stein.
