After calling 8 times over the weekend to get through we were finally put in touch with Michelle Monday morning. She imediately got someone out to our house to look over the problem that wasnt fixed by our first tech on Friday. His name was Maurice, and he was incredible. He identified 3 leaks the previous technician never tested for and help us start the ball rolling on the repair process. American Home Shield has fought us tooth and nail, but it seems like Bell Cow really cares about their customers. We still have to wait to get the repairs started, but I am hopefuly they will make up for lost time on the previous technician's error.
