I had a mouse who was chewing my AC unit's sensor wire so the AC wouldn't work. Mark came for a consult and told me exactly what I could do to keep the little critter out (we actually saw it run out as he was instructing me). The cost for the consultation was reasonable and the materials for the job were very inexpensive. Definitely worth the money for the consultation.
