Your service was great once they came. The first day scheduled no one showed up and we did not get a phone call as to why. Second day they were late and again no phone call to let us know they were running behind. We scheduled our day around the visits and felt it was poor communication and poor service follow thru on Terminix side. We called you to see if rep was in an accident or all right. Assured both days rep was coming. We had to call and get service rescheduled. That should have come from you. The rep was polite, very knowlegable, and did his job well.
