The newer people servicing the property, both lawn and perimeter spray, seem to be taking a less than professional approach to treatments. They provide only cursory treatment and neglect obvious problem areas completely. This is a dramatic change from the service I’ve experienced with Cody over the past 20+ years.
I should note that the more senior, experienced techs still provide excellent service but they aren’t always on this route and there doesn’t appear to be too many of them left.
