Advanced Integrated Pest Management always shows up when scheduled. They come out to the property 1x per month and I have minimal pest problems because of it. If we end up with a bigger issues such as roaches or bedbugs that a tenant brought in, about 95% of the time, Advanced is able to eradicate the problem in less than a week with routine follow-ups.
