Don"t waste your time with this company. They will make make excuses as to why they do not want to do the work and this is coming from their manager Butch, not just a customer service agent. This company came out twice to my house. Waited almost a week to hear with no response. I then had to call myself. After calling for two days, I finally was able to get a hold of someone and was put on hold for 20 minutes to be told that they wouldn"t take on the work There"s several other great mechanical companies out there and I would highly recommend using someone else.
