Hello there. My name is Joel and I recently used ABC Wildlife to inspect my backyard and remove a skunk that we see on a nightly basis. Account 105440

I was not pleased with the process or results for a number of reasons.

Whoever came to do the inspection did not thoroughly inspect the entire yard. The inspection lasted all of 5 minutes and it seemed like he didn't have time.

The trap didn't work. Nothing was captured, it's possible the skunk just visits our yard but nothing was captured.

I received a call on Saturday for ABC to plant another trap. I was out of town at the time and the person on the phone said "that's one strike, you only get three. We got back early Sunday morning, we were out of town.

Unannounced, someone came to my house that Saturday and removed the trap. Did not replace it.

I then received an invoice on Sunday for $165. I'm not really sure what I paid for. The inspection lasted 5 minutes, nothing was captured, I was told I had a "strike" because I went out of town for 1 evening, and someone came unannounced to my house and back yard and removed the trap.
