No, I am not, at all! I instructed CSI multiple times not to accept requests from rental tenants for follow-up service at the Landlords expense with no contact with or approval from the Landlord (who the CSI contract is actually with), but CSI continued doing this on multiple occasions. CSI failed to schedule service through the Landlord/Contract holder and continued scheduling directly with the tenant after the Landlord/Contract holder actually cancelled the contract! Unbelievable.
