About This Business

CSI of Virginia is a family-owned and operated business providing Northern Virginia and the surrounding areas with the highest quality termite, pest and lawn services available. Employees from our company strive to stay on the leading edge of providing services, staying educated and certified within our various service industries, and using the latest treatment techniques and equipment available.

History

In 1995, Barry Robinson decided to combine his 25 years of experience in the pest control industry with his entrepreneurial spirit. The result – AAA Pest Pros, Inc. Started as a home-based business, AAA Pest Pros quickly grew. In 1999, the company moved to a commercial location that accommodated not only the pest management business, but its community outreach effort, the Bug Box, live exotic insect zoo and retail gift shop.

In 2002, several major changes were made. The name was changed to CSI of Virginia, and the company began offering lawn care in Virginia and home inspections as well. In 2005 CSI of Virginia expanded to include a new office and updated Bug Box in Fredericksburg.

No, I am not, at all! I instructed CSI multiple times not to accept requests from rental tenants for follow-up service at the Landlords expense with no contact with or approval from the Landlord (who the CSI contract is actually with), but CSI continued doing this on multiple occasions. CSI failed to schedule service through the Landlord/Contract holder and continued scheduling directly with the tenant after the Landlord/Contract holder actually cancelled the contract! Unbelievable.

CSI does a good job, but I noticed that we have a monster infestation of ants in front of/underneath our front porch. It is most noticeable next to the sidewalk in front of the porch in the leaves. Please send someone to take care of it.

Your company has grown too big and customer service is suffering. Your decision to go paperless with no option for customers who simply don't operate well in that world is disrepectful. Somewhere along the way, new exterior bait stations have been installed at our home, but all of the old ones are still there and it appears they are no longer being checked. We live in a log home and having a quality pest service is critical. We are looking into other options after 20 years with you. What a disappointment.
