You continued to expect me as a seller to pay for a report. The buyer is the customer for this report. You conducted a cost estimate to repair rot wood which was outrageous. The repair estimate was for complete replacement not repair. You are a ripoff to all parties. Will not recommend you to anyone. Do not contact me again.
