Very happy with Harbor Pest Control. I received quotes from ten reputable termite fumigation companies and Harbor Pest Control had the best price. They also did an excellent job at my residence - nothing was damaged or harmed and they were there on time for set up and take down of the tent. Years before I used a different company for termite treatment - they came in and spot treated with some stuff that smelled really nice but it did not get the job done. If you have termites - tent and if you tent use Harbor Pest Control.

I called for an estimate for termite treatment. The office was very helpful and made it easy to schedule an appointment. Charlie, the inspector was on time, very professional and friendly. He gave me a reasonable quote for fumigation and explained what would be done for the fumigation. We’re going to use Harbor Pest Control for this and any other pest control problems that arise.

Sean was on time, he listened to our wishes, and performed his usual professional job of pest control.

When I phoned the office, I specifically said I had a narrow crawl space and wanted a comprehensive inspection so that I can get onto the company's yearly program. The office person said she'd send the same person who had done the inspection in the past. However, the person she sent (Mike) was not the same person (Jeff). In fact, Mike was a chubby man who could not inspect the crawl space, then hid the last inspection report done (which he had in his hand while speaking to me), then took no photos while recommending an additional comprehensive treatment, and the "inspection report" that was sent to me was blotched black and green half the page. Other companies provide photos as a standard, and I'm very much disappointed with the experience with Harbor Pest Control. It was simply a waste of time all-around, and I can't see how I could ever recommend Harbor over their competitors.

The Harbor Pest Control group is great to work with and responsive. They have been very helpful and always get back to us if we call. I suggest that if you don't have Harbor Pest Control for your termite protection and your household insect protection, you need to call Harbor.

Harbor Pest Control is so good we don't have to think about it. We just had our house tented and again, they make it easy. We like the people with whom we deal and always feel they are professional and know their business.

I am always very happy with Kevin and my service. However, I am NOT happy that you canceled my July service, as I have been with you a while. You wouldn't know the circumstances resulting in setting the bill out of sight, but not coming in July. I'm not talking about missing payment for the quarterly service resulting in overlooking pmt for 3 visits--it was really just one visit. Not good...

I'm a real estate appraiser. But my house had a bad termite problem: wings all over the livingroom floor, mud tunnels along studs in the garage, and lots of that termite "sand" all over the window sills & on the floors (in house & garage). Sure, I can estimate Fair Market value of a property, but when it came time for something major in my own house like termites, I was uneducated. I had no idea who to call; No idea what it would cost. I got a bid for tenting (wood termites) & soil treatment (subterranean termites) from Company A. The estimate was a LOT less than I thought it would be, but I had nothing to compare it to. Was it a good deal? Then a friend highly recommended I call Harbor for an estimate. He told me, "They're a locally owned business. They've been around forever. Everyone on my block uses Harbor." Sounded like a good referral to me. Harbor came in at 20% less than Company A for the same treatment (termite tent & soil treatment) AND offered a better Warranty (included in the cost). I found out Harbor does all their own work "in-house" (no middle man/subcontractors = lower cost AND less risk to property owner). But it just wasn't the better price/warranty and no subcontractors that sold me. It was also the people at Harbor who I came into contact with: Everyone, from the people who answered the phone to the folks who came out to do the estimates (one person for the termite treatment; a different person for the repairs) were friendly, knowledgable & helpful. That also applies to all the folks who came out to do the actual work. In addition to the termite treatments I also had Harbor do some repairs. And the optional low annual termite maintenance cost (beginning after original Warranty expires) is cheap insurance against future termite infestation/damage. I highly recommend getting an estimate from Harbor. I think you'll be glad you did. I owe my friend who referred me to Harbor a nice dinner at a fancy restaurant...Maybe you'll be taking me to a fancy restaurant! I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection, and one clincher for our selecting Harbor is that they do the tenting themselves rather than subcontract it. They also provided excellent guidance and support for our prep ahead of the tenting. Finally, all was in order when we came back home after the tenting was completed. First rate job all around.

One week after fumigation, we have ANTS in our bathroom. Not good. A plant I had spent 35yrs growing was pretty much destroyed. Someone should have suggested that it be moved.
