When I phoned the office, I specifically said I had a narrow crawl space and wanted a comprehensive inspection so that I can get onto the company's yearly program. The office person said she'd send the same person who had done the inspection in the past. However, the person she sent (Mike) was not the same person (Jeff). In fact, Mike was a chubby man who could not inspect the crawl space, then hid the last inspection report done (which he had in his hand while speaking to me), then took no photos while recommending an additional comprehensive treatment, and the "inspection report" that was sent to me was blotched black and green half the page. Other companies provide photos as a standard, and I'm very much disappointed with the experience with Harbor Pest Control. It was simply a waste of time all-around, and I can't see how I could ever recommend Harbor over their competitors.
