The service was completed by employees who did a good job. Mike was very helpful in checking for work needed and providing a timely estimate. The fellows who did the bulk of the work, worked diligently to complete the needed tasks and were helpful with suggestions continued maintenance. I wish to mention Joseph Reed especially. He was very attentive to the needs of the job, did a thorough job, was very personable; was patient with questions and recognized the best and most thorough way to complete the necessary work and achieve the best results/outcome. He is certainly an asset to your company. Thank you Joe. An issue with functioning of the de-humidier was recognized by Mike and by Joe. The both reported the problem to their superiors. A call was received by the manager/appropriate person a week after the last communication re: that issue, stating the need for an electrician to determine the cause of the problem for resolution or correction. It has been another 6 days in addition to the couple of weeks prior to that phone contact without any follow up to set a time for that service. The de-humidier needs to be working to ensure the best results from the work just completed by your company.
