The technician are great. The only problem I have is every time I ask for someone to find out how a rat is getting into my attic I just get a trap check and nothing else.
I just paid my yearly extension fee and scheduled my yearly inspection. I had just prior to that had a technician come out to find out where a rat was getting in. He filled up a hole and said he would arrange for the owner to do my yearly inspection. What did I get. You guessed it a trap check
I’ve had to reschedule the inspection. If I get a trap check again I will file a complaint.
