No I am not satisfied. I need indoor and out door service. The guy was scheduled to arrive at 6:00 pm but showed up at 5:30 pm and left at 5:45 pm because a storm was coming. He claimed he left pellets outside. We have a major ant problem, we need inside and outside service. Can I please get a rescheduled appointment and not be charged for the visit?
