The service has decreased in professionalism lately. The tech and call service cannot accurately confirm appointments. You show up at unscheduled times. That does not work for working people.
You have also had some accounting problems claiming customers owed balances where the customer had receipts to prove otherwise. I really am considering finding another vendor.
