Just one comment for improvement which is stop scheduling appointments without the approval of the customer. This is very annoying. I do welcome a reminder call to schedule quarterly application appointment. Jeremy is awesome! He is polite, very knowledgeable and professional. Plus my dog loves him! : 0 )
