First of all, I would like to say that the tech who came to my house on the first application was super nice, professional, knowledgeable, and he did an amazing job. I would give 5 stars for the tech.

Sadly, it isn't very clear how the company works. I called to request a retreat of my lawn because the day after the application in my house, it rained heavily, and I did not see much improvement after two and a half weeks on my lawn with weeds. I called to request a follow-up application due to the heavy rain. The customer service was super nice on the phone and scheduled a tech to come to my house to do the follow-up second application, but instead, the manager came and explained that there was no need for a second application, even though I reported that it had rained a lot, and he confirmed that the more water the better. I listened to him, but I do not agree with it, because usually after the application for a better results it is recomend to water the lawn for 15 to 20 minutes and not many hours after the application because the product will soon mix up so much with the water that at the end will not be good afective or bring good results. What is sad is that I scheduled my time to be present and go over with the tech after my prior phone call, which was confirmed for a tech to come and do the application, instead of the manager coming and looking at my lawn, and told me that it is not necessary, even though it rained a lot. If I knew that the company would not do the application, they should have told me that the manager would come to evaluate. He could have called me to explain it on the phone; instead, I wasted my working time being at the house to talk about something else that was not agreed upon. I am disappointed with the way the service was handled. I would not recommend for the company to work like that giving customers the impression that someone would come to treat your house, instead someone comes to the house to inspect the lawn to tell you that will not do the follow up application because if rain the day of the application is better and the more rain or more water the better. I completely disagree, because if the product gets diluted with so much water, it will result in a weak application and not get the right results. Doing that, it shows me that the company or the manager is avoiding having the follow-up application as they confirmed on the phone and on the day that the company agreed to take care of the service.
