Bell Cow was subcontracted by Terminix to seal the foundation vents in our house. They sent a team of 2 technicians who apparently didn't cut the covers accurately enough, so the covers didn't fit snugly and left gaps around the perimeter of most vents. When I gave feedback via their customer service survey, CJ (manager) called me within minutes of answering the survey and in under an hour he arrived at the house with two seasoned technicians. They quickly diagnosed the problem and addressed it expertly. Although the job should have been done right the first time, they took responsibility for the problem and the solution. I ended up being very pleased with the outcome.
