Have been using Accel for over 2yrs (company offers discount for up front annual service) Very nice staff. Not as thorough as hoped nor as they claim.

I was out of town for work on their first visit 2 yrs ago and my girlfriend was supervising their first inspection and the garage attic was skipped (front of house). When I arrived home and was able to be involved with the inspection (had them revisit when I heard they had skipped attic) we had discovered it was the epicenter for the hornets which was part of the initial reason for hiring a pest control service. Exterminator at the time was reluctant to remove nest and wanted to call someone about what he should do about it's removal... was told to remove it and did.) Hornets have been gone for a year, but first nest was reluctantly removed from garage attic that was initially skipped. After that, the consistent spraying has kept Hornets at bay.

2 yrs later, stink bugs still finding ways into upstairs bedroom, but always dead from chemical used.

Have made numerous requests to have basement checked for mice, with minimal effort, for entire 2yrs of hiring Accel. Always feel like it's not a priority or obligation for them. Even after several requests for them, to deal with mice, little to no improvements in basement.

Very polite and attentive staff (on 4th staff member in 2nd yr of use) and always on schedule to check for nests and spray chemicals, but like most Pest Control companies, they will require you to aggressively follow and micromanage them for a thorough home inspection. Online they claim to be thorough with walk-throughs and removal of pests, but we've always had to proactively escort them around the house and "nudge" them to perform these extra tasks. Out of the 4 different exterminators that have worked with us, only one has proactively worked on finding entry points. Everyone else primarily sprays chemical repellents and leaves rodent traps, with little to no extra follow-up unless recalled & guided.
