They have very bad problems with scheduling. First, they never call to schedule an inspection date. When you call them to schedule a date, they will make one but then do not show up! This happened twice in a row. When I called to see where they were (after waiting for 2 hours again), they claim to have ‘copious notes’ in their system and say it was not scheduled!! But it was! Extremely frustrating.
