I was totally & pleasantly pleased with Luis Alvarez's quote & then when & and a helper came out on 10/10/23 & everything discussed was done, all within about an hour. When they completed the treatment, I was provided a service invoice and was instructed to call into the office & take care of the payment. I did, and spoke to Penny. I paid with a credit card and requested that a credit card receipt to be emailed and confirmed my email address. I only got the company invoice & all it showed was a zero balance. I sent an email again requesting a copy of the credit card receipt. That was 6 days ago, and nothing received, so I called my CC company to confirm my CC was only charged the amount of the invoice. That is the only complaint is that my request was totally ignored. That part of the service gets a ONE STAR rating. The attention from Luis was FIVE STAR!!!
