We are disapointed. We signed up for the yearly service but were only given treatment for wasps. We have reached out to the provider to get this resolved as we have terrible box elder bugs and mice that come as it gets cold. However they have failed to respond. We really hoped this would be a great company to work with as they came to us on refferal. We gave two stars instead of just one because the wasp treatment took care of about 80% of the wasps.
