Well after 2 weeks in our home we had sewage come in our shower , air conditioner went out and dishwasher flooded my kitchen, maybe it should of been seen prior to buying ?????

Unfortunately, during the course of our limited visual inspection there are certain components that we're not able to inspect and others that we can only report the status of at the time of inspection and not their life expectancy after the inspection.
