We were very pleased with the service we received from our technician, Jacob. He explained what he was going to do and then what he had done and why. He was very knowledgeable and left us reassured.
We also discussed the encapsulation we are having done next week, he answered some questions and reassured us that this is a very good procedure and will be worth it in the future.
