Happy? Would you be happy with a vendor that damaged your property and then lied about ever being there? I had this company come out to inspect my home for rodents after finding one in my crawl space. Bobby Sanborn, the inspector, came out to the site and went into the crawl space in the ceiling and probably slipped and damaged my ceiling. But instead of standing behind their workmanship the inspector and his manager, Josiah Baugher just outright lies " . . . He opened the hatch and set up his ladder but did not step foot in the attic as he did not see immediate evidence and did not want to disturb the insulation since it was in good shape. " He did go into the attic. He did cause the damage. He knows it. I know it. Josiah knows it. Horrible company that would do this. STAY AWAY. Horrible company. Horrible treatment. Outright lies.
