I’m a new customer who is disappointed with the communication from your company. I was not informed before the first house treatment that I needed to leave my house for 2 hours. My plan to work from home that morning could not happen. Second poor communication was last week. I received a message that I was getting a service the date and between specific hours. On the day of the service. I left a message saying I would not be at home that day. No one returned my call letting me know the service was on the outside of my house. I was about to call the police because I was frightened by noise at the back of my house. I looked through the window and saw someone doing something with a long instrument. He told me he was Capitol pest co. He had on a company cap and shirt so I didn’t call the police. I am seriously considering not renewing my contract with your company due to poor customer service.
