When I called, a very nice and helpful lady answered the phone. I couldn't get a hold of other pest businesses so it was nice to have my call answered. She was very reassuring. The guys that came to my house were very friendly, professional and helpful. I did finally catch the little creature on one of my own traps but it is reassuring having your traps there too.
