They were courteous on the phone and in person. They did the job I requested of catching an animal or animals that had dug a hole underneath the foundation of a place I rent out. Pretty expensive - $150 to come out, $75 each following trip; cost me $450 total, but they were upfront on the charges and I knew what it would cost. Jon Edwards was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. One big complaint- first guy to come out quoted me a price of $500-$600 to put up some mesh (little less than 8 feet long), once the critter was caught, to prevent other animals from getting in. Said it would be a half day job. What an insult! I had a handyman put up 14 gage expanded steel mesh, one foot down and one foot across, for $100. It took him 30 minutes.
