Purchasing a house in the middle of a pandemic has been very trying. Finding out the pool was not in working condition as indicated is aggravating to say the least. Mark has been fantastic in getting everything we needed taken care of in a timely fashion. He's been very detailed in explaining how everything works, cost, etc. John comes out every other week and cleans the pool. We've only been a customer for a little over a month but so far we are very happy with the service.
