If you are wanting feedback on quarterly maintenance- what I call mouse patrol- I will say when Chuck Sherman was my technician- it was superb. With his replacement Cory - very poor service - I had a mouse problem and he dealt with it superficially and not aggressively- and the problem got out of hand -until his manager took over problem is resolving but not yet totally resolved. So I’m not a happy coustomer unless I have a permanent experienced technician who is also physically capable and knowledgeable of extermination methods. If this doesn’t happen- I will be seeking another company.
