Our regular technician (Michael) has been an absolute Gem!! He is always polite and goes out of his way to explain what services he has done and lets me know any problems he finds. He seems very "people oriented". The last technician that serviced our property wasn't as informative and didn't even leave my receipt with me. When he was done with the service, he didn't give me any feedback and placed the receipt in my mailbox even though he knew I was home. I didn't care for that very much. Overall, though, I have no complaints with Terminix's services. Thank you.
