The Company, the work, the people have all been excellent. Rocket Mortgage is my problem, and they do not seem to be able to separate what a repair is versus what a treatment is. I agreed with Paramount to come back and complete the treatment in front of the house. I wrote and explained this to Rocket Mortgage but so far no luck in helping them understand I am waiting for the final preventive treatment and not waiting for repairs because the repairs have already been done by Paramount. Again, this is not a Paramounts problem, but thanks for taking my 2060.00 in good faith that all will work out for me on my home refinance.
