I am not happy with the service received from Russell's Pest Control to date. I have repeatedly requested to receive a phone call from the Technician prior to the service call, to ensure that I am at my residence when he/she plans to come. I have yet to receive a call, and have missed the Tech at least twice. Given the investment for the treatment of termites, which was the initial reason I contacted the company, I am "highly" disappointed and would not recommend to other home owners and businesses. Poor customer service and poor communication.
