On April 22, 2026, I met with Griggs & Browne's Assistant Sales Manager, Mr. Caleb Lafrenier, who inspected my home for termites, found evidence of termite activity, and then explained how to eliminate the termite problem by using Dow AgroScience's Sentricon termite bait stations. Caleb patiently answered all of my questions, gave me a detailed explanation of how the Sentricon bait stations worked and would be installed, let me know that routine inspections would take place, and gave me an itemized list of the costs associated with the Sentricon System. Caleb also scheduled my installation appointment and sent me an email confirmation to let me know that Mr. Dave Leonardo and Mr. Paul Hunter would being installing the Sentricon termite bait on the following day, April 23, 2026.
Griggs & Browne's installers, Mr. Leonardo and Mr. Hunter, were very nice, knowledgeable, and hard working. They quickly and efficiently installed the Sentricon System's bait stations, four in my basement and twenty-nine around my home's perimeter. At the 3 month inspection, Mr. Leonardo returned to my home, inspected all of the Sentricon bait stations, and found termite activity in only one bait station. It is my hope that by the 6 month inspection, my termite problem will have been further reduced or ultimately eliminated.
