The technicians and the products are excellent. Your billing process, however, is lacking. I was told that someone would contact me before the new contract started. I asked if there was going to be a charge for this service yesterday since I hadn't heard from anyone and was told no. So, I was a little surprised when I got a bill for $225 with no indication of what this covered, only that it was semi annual, but not what part of the year it covered.
