Well, it seems the only thing that's addressed is the moisture level in the crawl space but I'm happy I haven't seen anymore termites since that incident 3 or 4 years ago when they were pouring in from the base of the living room windows ... coming from the NYC, (no, I didn't bring any commie pinko politics with me from the north though I get concerned when I see NY or NJ plates down here), seeing that onslaught was disturbing to put it mildly. I vacuumed all as I could as quickly as I could and was told something about reproduction but that didn't ease my concerns though, as I said, none since.
And I'm glad of it. My question is that there've been other companies that say they include treating the annoying red ants and spiders though I have a long handled brush for spiders so that's nothing but those red ants. The other companies covered red ant treatments as well as the termites for less than $200 a year. That's it.
